In-person services: Monday-Thursday, 10am to 5pm
Telehealth services: Monday-Thursday, 10am to 8pm, Fridays based on availability

Clinic Holidays and Closures
The clinic will be closed on the following days during the 2025-2026 academic year:
- August 13-24, 2025 (Summer Break)
- September 1, 2025 (Labor Day)
- October 9-10, 2025 (Fall Recess)
- November 11, 2025 (Veterans Day)
- November 26-30, 2025 (Thanksgiving Break)
- December 18, 2025– January 11, 2026 (Winter Recess)
- January 19, 2026 (Martin Luther King’s Birthday)
- February 16, 2026 (President’s Day)
- March 15-22, 2026 (Spring Recess)
- May 14-19, 2026 (Summer Break)
- May 25, 2026 (Memorial Day)
- June 19, 2026 (Juneteenth)
- July 3, 2026 (Independence Day Holiday)
- August 12-23, 2026 (Summer Break)
Clinic closure means no appointments will be held, and no staff answering clinic phones. The clinic closures coincide with USC University Holidays.
